Daventry Learning Partnership hosts 3rd Family Fun Day

 

Meerkats, live music performances and a host of snakes, spiders and creepy crawlies are just some of the attractions of offer to be enjoyed at the third Daventry Learning Partnership Family Fun Day.

The event will take place at Northampton College at Daventry, Badby Road West on Saturday 12 June between 10am and 6pm.

Head of Daventry Centre, Zara Hunwicks said, “This is the third DLP Fun Day, and we’re hoping it’s going to be as successful as the previous two. We’re very excited about hosting this event again, which celebrates the DLP’s role in the community and offers a fun day out for all the family. Last year we raised £1,300 for two local charities and we hope to beat that total this time round! ”

Attractions and possible film/photo opportunities, Saturday 12 June 12pm-4pm, Northampton College at Daventry, Badby Road West.

• Hair & Beauty treatments
• Face painting
• Food stalls
• Raffle

This year, proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Northamptonshire and Warwickshire Air Ambulance and Pete Spencer’s Helping Hands Charity.
